October is Principal Appreciation Month and at Four Corners Montessori Academy we couldn’t be more excited to highlight our hardworking and dedicated administration for all that they do. We take pride in providing both a unique and wholesome education, and that starts with our leadership. We want to take this opportunity to celebrate our leadership and explain what makes them such an important piece of our community.
We want to highlight our lead administrator this month, our Head of School Stacy Byrd. Stacy has been a part of Four Corners from nearly the beginning and her background in Montessori education as well as her selfless dedication to the students at Four Corners makes her appointment an easy choice. No other candidate brought the Montessori expertise that Stacy has in a public school setting, and that was critical to our search. Furthermore, Stacy has been an integral part of the strategic planning with the board and understands better than any other candidate where FCMA can go and the wonderful school we all envision. Stacy’s enthusiasm for a developmental, hands-on model of schooling will certainly translate to a school where students thrive.
Our leader will always be a fundamental part of our school community, and we can’t thank her enough for her compassion, dedication and hard work. She serves as the backbone of our school, the one inspiring change, and the mentor who shapes our youth’s future. While this month may mark the official celebration, every day is an opportunity to recognize and support these outstanding individuals.
