  • Kids Heart Challenge-Kick Cabin Fever to the Curb, includes 10 days of home activities, recipes and tips for parents to prioritize mental health and physical activity. Each day a video of Ms. Elvie will be posted explaining the day's theme and activities. The post will also include a 30 minute physical challenge, kindness challenge, recipe, and healthy tip pof the day. The themes for each day are:Dance, know your heart, complete Finn's Missions, Jump, Connect the dots, know the stroke signs, time to cook healthy, game day, slam dunk! Be grateful, and move more. The goal of the 10 day virtual KHC is to help families during this uncertain time as well as helping families stay healthy to prevent hear disease 0 the leading cause of death in the world. This includes keeping kids on the move and eating nutritious foods.
