To ensure your child’s seat at Four Corners Montessori Academy, please follow the steps below and provide the correct documentation.

To Enroll A New Student, Complete Enrollment Steps 1 Through 8

STEP 1: Complete the FCMA Online Enrollment Form

STEP 2: Take A Tour or Attend an Event

Every Wednesday we have Walk-In Wednesdays from 8-10 a.m. Stop in to meet our staff, take a tour and get you questions answered.

STEP 3: Prepare Documents

These documents can be emailed to [email protected]

1. PROVIDE ORIGINAL COPY OF CERTIFIED BIRTH CERTIFICATE (REQUIRED) – if unable to provide a birth certificate, the following may also be accepted as proof of date of birth: Affidavit of Parentage, Baptism or Church Certificate, Hospital Certificate, Immigration Documents or Passport.

*At this time we will accept a copy of this document.


 Your child must have an updated immunization record OR an immunization waiver from the county Health Department BEFORE the start of the school year.



Please provide proof of a vision screen, performed in the last three years. Vision testing can be done at the time of the Physical/Health Appraisal.  If the child already wears glasses, a note from the doctor is acceptable.

STEP 4: Pay Preschool Deposit (Preschool Only)

Pay $400 to office staff by mailing a check (payable to Four Corners Montessori Academy) or calling the school to pay over the phone.

This deposit goes towards the overall preschool tuition of $7,770. Tuition is broken down into 9 monthly payments of $818.88.

STEP 5: Celebrate Your Acceptance to Four Corners Montessori Academy!

Once all the previous steps are complete, a staff member will contact you to either confirm your students acceptance into the program or inform you of your spot on our waitlist.

STEP 6: Assessments: K-First Grade (Brigance) & Second-Eighth Grade (NWEA)

You will be contacted by a FCMA staff member to schedule a time for this assessment once we have dates available.

STEP 7: Meet with our Head of School, Ms. Stacy.

Once the assessments are complete, you will be contacted to schedule a time to meet with  our Head of School, Ms. Stacy.
